Wild Branch Foods, was founded in the late fall of 2009 in Craftsbury, Vermont. Inspired by the Wild Branch River and the hardwood forests of the Northeast kingdom where we collected our Chaga,Turkey tail, and Maple Sap.
11 Acre farm in located in the hardwood clayplains of the Lewis Creek in Charlotte, VT. Close to Lake Champlain it is warmer than much of the rest of Vermont. A working agroforestry farm, 11 acre grows tree crops, mushrooms, maple sap, berries, nuts, and medicinal herbs.
